Mass Protest Across Nigeria Following Fuel Subsidy Removal

There have been some series of mass protest in certain parts of Nigeria over the removal of fuel subsidy.

In certain areas, protests have been violent and has lead to so far the death of one person in Ilorin, the capital of Kwara state.

It was reported that some celebrities also joined the protest on major highways in Lagos, the commercial capital of Nigeria, causing traffic on the roads.

Vehicles have been reportedly damaged as some protests became violent. More informations concerning the protest are still being gathered.
